ROAD CROSSING PATROLS AND THE LAW

The law states that EVERY user of the road whether you are driving any vehicle or riding a bike must stop when a Road Crossing Patrol steps out into the road. Failure to stop could mean.

  • £1000 fine and,
  • 3 points on your licence and,
  • The injury or death of a pedestrian.

We train all of our Road Crossing Patrols in issues surrounding stopping traffic, as well as protecting the safety of the people under their temporary care and also their own safety.
