If you require a breakdown of your outstanding account, or would like to check your remaining balance - please telephone (01983) 823644 , or e-mail [email protected] with your Invoice number or Payers reference.
Due to the Data Protection Act, we are unable to divulge information to anyone but the customer who the information relates to. Should the client need a carer/ Friend to talk to us about their account, we must either have oral confirmation on the telephone, or written permission from the client.
