Come along to a regular health walk and walk your way to health! All walks are lead by trained volunteer walk leaders. All short walks are fairly level and you can walk at your own pace. For more information on any of these walks please contact Richard Dent on 822099 ext 6246.

Haylands Last Tuesday of the month at 10.30am - Intermediate. Meet United Reform Church, Upton and Corbett Road junction, Haylands

Ryde Every Tuesday at 10.30am - short Meet Ryde Esplanade outside Ryde Superbowl

Shanklin Fortnightly on alternate Tuesdays 9.45am – short Meet Shanklin railway station, Regent Street. First Saturday of the month 10am – Intermediate 6-7 mile walk. Meet in front of St. Blasius Church, next to duck pond, Big Meade, Church Road Tel Louise 538003
