Your FAQ

Question: How do I pay the contribution if I receive personal budget direct payments?

Answer: We will send you monthly statements that will show you how much you need to pay towards your personal budget. Payments of contributions must be made from your own personal account and not from personal budget monies paid to you by the council.

The easiest way for you to pay your contribution is by Direct Debit this can be done with either our Customer Accounts or Care Billing Team by calling 01983 823340 where an advisor will be able to assist you.
