Your FAQ

Question: Are you able to remove flytipped waste from private land?

Answer: Whilst the Council cannot remove the flytipped waste from private land, if there is good evidence within the waste of the origin, or a witness to the deposit, we will work with colleagues in Environmental Health with a view to taking formal enforcement action against the offenders. If you become aware of any such instances where there is good evidence, please contact our Waste department on 01983 823777.
