Your FAQ

Question: My relative has passed away what happens to their Council Tax?

Answer: Whilst the property is in probate and is empty there is an exemption. If the property was rented an exemption can be given for up to one month to allow the property to be emptied. If there is any credit on the account it can be refunded to the executors. - Related Link
