Answer: Anyone can use this service, but please note - * If you are not the next of kin, you will need to bring with you written consent from that person. If you do not have this, you can still register the death but will not be able to use the Tell us Once service. * If you are the next of kin, but are not dealing with the esate, you will need to bring with you written consent from that person, along with their full name, address and telephone number. * If you are neither the next of kin nor dealing with the estate, you will need to bring with you both of the above.
