Pedestrian Crossings


Service Description: Controlled pedestrian crossings are one of the following: zebra, pelican (red and green man on opposite side of road), puffin (red and green man above push button), toucan (pedestrian and cycle crossing) and a pedestrian phase on a traffic signalled junction.

Question: How do I report a faulty pedestrian crossing?

Answer: To report a faulty pedestrian crossing, please call Engineering Services Call Centre on 01983 823777 or email [email protected] with location and details of fault, for example the red light is out or the push button is not working.
