Your FAQ

Question: Who manages the Isle of Wight Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Hamstead and Tennyson Heritage Coasts?

Answer: Much of the land within the AONB and Heritage Coasts is privately owned. Over 80% of the area is actively farmed and the largest single landowner is the National Trust. The Isle of Wight AONB Partnership strategically oversees and facilitates the management of the AONB and Heritage Coasts in line with the statutory Isle of Wight AONB Management Plan. The Management Plan can be viewd at out website, or by visiting our offices at Dodnor. - Related Link
