Answer: For your adult gaming centres you need to apply to the Gambling Commission for a gaming machine general operating licence. If in your family entertainment centres you have category D and category C gaming machines you will need to apply to the Commission for a gaming machine general operating licence. However, if you have only Category D machines you will need to obtain a gaming machine permit from your local authority.
