Your FAQ

Question: What are the rewards of being a Family Link Scheme carer?

Answer: Carers enjoy the time they spend with a child. When they are caring for a child with complex needs, they take special satisfaction from knowing that they are supporting the child’s family by providing a well-deserved break.

Children extend their social network, which also is a means of helping their development. They develop special friendships that can become a very important part of their lives.

Parents can feel reassured that their child is having a good time whilst they also have some time to do spend as they choose.
