Service Description: The Reference Library is situated in the Lord Louis Library in Newport. Our books are not for loan and consist mainly of encyclopaedias, dictionaries, statistics and other similar types. Other facilities include the Family History Centre, public access computers, UK telephone books and some national newspapers. The staff will answer enquiries received in person or by phone, e-mail or letter.
Answer: Membership of the Library Service is free. If you are aged 16 years or over you can join at any of our libraries but you will need proof of your name. You can also join the Library Service online. If you are under 16, you will need to be accompanied by your parent/guardian with proof of their name. - Related Link
