Your FAQ

Question: Can I demolish an unlisted building in a conservation area?

Answer: You need Conservation Area Consent to demolish an unlisted building within a Conservation Area.

Demolition of an unlisted building within a Conservation Area must be treated as if it were listed. So an application for total demolition must be accompanied by full illustrations of the building and a justification for demolition.
