Answer: Eligibility Criteria The hereditament must have a rateable value under 18,000 The relief is only available to ratepayers with either: One Property, or One main property where the ratepayer has additional properties providing those additional properties have rateable values of less than £2,600, and the total value of all properties remains under £18,000.
