Your FAQ

Question: I have been told that the information I require is available on the Council's web-site, but I do not have access to the internet. Can I request a hard copy of the information?

Answer: Access to the internet is free in public libraries across the authority, so theoretically anyone should be able to access the internet by visiting their library. A large proportion of printed material which is in the public domain on the internet is still subject to charges when made available in hard copy. You are able to request a hard copy of the information, by contacting the relevant department, or the Information Management Team, County Hall, High Street, Newport, IW, Tel. 01983 823226 or e-mail [email protected]. If there is a charge for the information requested, you will be notified as soon as possible.
