Question: How do I apply for a tipping permit / licence?

Answer: There is no such thing as a tipping permit.
For a permit to dispose of waste from a registered charity, contact Highways Operational Support Team.
For a permit to dispose of bonded asbestos waste produced by a householder, contact Highways Operational Support Team.
To register as a Carrier of Waste, contact the Environment Agency on 08708 506 506
