Your FAQ

Question: If there is a vehicle parked in a disabled bay without a valid disabled badge displayed, who has enforcement powers?

Answer: If the on street disabled bay does not have a traffic plate, it is an advisory bay only. Our Civil Enforcement Officers do not have powers to enforce on the bays but that the Police have the powers (should they chose to use them) to issue a fixed penalty ticket for obstruction to anyone not displaying a blue badge.
