Answer: You are not obliged to use the IOWC’s garden waste collection service. You have a number of options: 1. Get someone other than the Isle of Wight Council to collect your garden waste. They will also charge. 2. Take the waste to the household waste recycling centres where it can be disposed of for free and will be recycled. 3.
