Your FAQ

Question: How would I access support under Supporting People funding?

Answer: Referrals can be made by health, probation and social services. If you think you need housing related support you should talk to your care manager, social worker, mental health worker, probation officer or housing officer and they will carry out a referral. If you are eligible for a service, your details will be sent to a provider and they will contact you to discuss what they can offer you. If you both agree, then support will start. - Related Link
