Your FAQ

Question: Will I get a refund if I fail the final exam?

Answer: No. Please note that if you do need to be retested after failing the exam there will be an additional fee for this. It will however be your responsibility to tell us you wish a reassessment and to get in touch and work with your trainer to find amicable times for any retraining prior to the re-examination. But this is a very rare occurrence and will be explained during the course.
