Answer: Yes, as long as you meet the criteria. The cost is £77.55 which will be processed within 4 - 8 weeks of the application & fee being provided. However, this does not mean that you own the disabled bay or have exclusive use. The payment purely means that you do not have to wait until you reach the top of the waiting list, which is currently six months. Please be aware that Adverse weather conditions can effect the contractors programme of works, and at times this can mean any lining works (such as marking a disabled bay, even if it has been paid for privately) are delayed.
