Your FAQ

Question: What is an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and where can I find out more information?

Answer: An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) gives information on a building’s energy efficiency. From 6th April 2008 it became law to provide an EPC for all new and newly built homes that were completed after that date. Sellers of some existing properties may also be asked to provide an EPC when they put their home up for sale.
