Your FAQ

Question: How long will details of the exclusion remain on school and other records?

Answer: Details of exclusions may not lawfully be deleted from the pupil record, if an exclusion is a matter of fact. Any Parental Appeal Statement should be attached if parents request this. The Governing Body should decide what details of the exclusion are included in the pupil’s school record. - Related Link
