Services for Adults on the Isle of Wight

Sensory Impairment Survey

Service Description: The Isle of Wight Council is in the process of setting up a new contract for services for people with a sensory impairment. We are asking anyone currently using the services, their family members or carers and those who feel they might need the services in the future, for their views so that we can ensure that they have access to the right kind of support and help both now and in the future.

Your FAQ

Question: Why is there a consultation?

Answer: The reason for the consultation is that in 2013, we are planning to combine and renew the two contracts we currently have with the Isle of Wight Society for the Blind and Action on Hearing Loss and we want to get the views of the people using the services currently and the wider public
