If you are an employer, you should make sure you and your staff know what to do to prevent a fire in the workplace and how to escape if a fire does break out. If you're concerned about a fire risk which may be a danger to life (for instance a company or organisation disregarding safety practices) you should contact the Fire Safety Enforcement Team.

In all other premises the person or people in control of the premises will be responsible.
