The Botanic Garden on the Isle of Wight is a place where the pleasure of plants can be enjoyed to the fullest, it is also a place where people of all ages can learn more about the wonderful world of plants and the inextricable link that we have with them.

Answer: Yes - the education officer will ususally hold various fun learning activities for children in each of the major holidays. These activities are age specific and include such events as wreath and decoration making at Christmas and miniature gardens in the spring. Although there is no specific timetable for these events, there is a database for any persons wishing to be sent details of forthcoming events.
