Question: I have lost my ' New Islander ' card how do I obtain a replacement?

Answer: You will need to go to one of the Council Help Centres, or a Library, and pay a £5.00 replacement fee (£10.00 from 1st June 2010); you will also need to provide a passport style photograph.
