Your FAQ

Question: What land/property/premises does the Isle of Wight Council have available to sell?

Answer: From time to time the Isle of Wight Council will sell surplus assets and these will be placed on the open market either directly by the Council's Strategic Asset Management Team or through a local commercial agent (please refer to yellow pages for commercial agents).
The Strategic Assets Team can be contacted on 01983 823266 or see the "Property Services - Strategic Assets" services on the Council's web site.
Unfortunately, the Council cannot provide grants towards the purchase price or rent.
