Your FAQ

Question: What happens if my waste has not been collected?

Answer: It is extremely unlikely that your waste has been overlooked by the collection crews if it was in the right place, at the right time and was the correct waste. Please ensure the following:
• That your waste is kerbside at 7am on the morning of collection.
• That you have placed the correct waste out for collection i.e. your wheelie bin / recycling bag and food waste on your recycling week, and your black sack and food waste on the other week. Please refer to the calendar you have been sent.

The contractor will not return to collect waste that has not been placed out correctly.

Recyclable waste which is contaminated with non-recyclable items or which is not in the correct containers (wheelie bin or clear recycling sack) will not be collected. You will have to sort this waste correctly and put it out for collection on your next collection day.
