Your FAQ

Question: What happens if I fail the examination?

Answer: You will not be put in for an examination unless you are capable in the trainer’s eyes of passing it and have also completed a mock examination to their satisfaction. Even then if nerves do get the better of you there are still opportunities to retake the part of the exam that you failed and these will be explained to you during the course.
