Answer: If ''cloakroom'' style tickets are sold on the day and the draw takes place on the same day, registration is not required. However, if tickets are to be printed and sold in advance of the day of the draw, registration will be required. To obtain an application form, contact the Licensing Section on 823160. The fee for registration is £35 initially, and £17.50 to renew in subsequent calendar years.
