Your FAQ

Question: Does the Council have a transport strategy?

Answer: The Transport Act requires local transport authorities to produce a Local Transport Plan setting out the authority's transport strategy and delivery programme. The Isle of Wight's second LTP (LTP2) was adopted in 2006 and will run until 2011. Both LTP2 and the Council's first Local Transport Plan (LTP1), review documents and associated documents can be downloaded from the Council's website or viewed at all Island libraries. - Related Link
