Answer: There is a charge of £54.50 per day, per square, for any non-charitable organisations. Charitable organisations can book the squares, free of charge, but must provide their registered charity number. We have an electric supply available in both Newport squares, if required at a cost of £11.50 per day, to be paid on collection of the key from Enterprise House. The key must be collected 1 day prior to the event. The only requirement we request is an insurance cover for £5 million public liability of which we need a copy returned with your completed application form.
