Answer: Only with a letter from the architect or agent that drew the plans originally as once a decision has been made the plans are covered by copyright, unless they are 20 years or more old. The plans would be subject to a charge. A4 Plans are £0.50, A3 Plans are £1.00 and A2 to A0 are £10.00 for the 1st Plan and £5.00 for each subsequent plan. - Related Link
