Service Description: We process applications for the construction of dropped kerbs, also known as vehicle crossings.

Your FAQ

Question: Does the Council charge for extending a dropped kerb?

Answer: The Council require a non-refundable inspection fee of £152 to cover the cost of inspection fees made before, during and after the work on the dropped kerb is done. The Council also requires a deposit paid in advance of £100. Deposits are returned upon satisfactory final inspection once the work has been completed
