Your FAQ

Question: Will my child’s earnings from P/T employment effect my entitlement to benefit?

Answer: No, As long as your child is registered to attend school their earnings from P/T employment should not offset your entitlement to Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance, Family Credit, etc. If your child was fortunate enough to earn more than the single person’s tax allowance then their earnings would be subject to income tax like anyone else. - Related Link
