Service Description: The service function is to identify empty properties. Once identified, the Empty property Officer will contact the owner to determine the reason why the property is empty. Where appropriate, a range of options to secure the re-occupation will be discussed, and advice offered as to the most suitable.
Answer: The council does not own or manage any housing stock. You can use an approved Letting Agent of your choice to reoccupy the property.
