Answer: Both first and second Local Transport Plans and all Annual Progress and Delivery Reports can be downloaded from the Council's website. Documents can also be viewed at all Island libraries, County Hall, Planning Services (Seaclose) and Engineering Services (Enterprise House). The Council have also produced LTP and APR summary leaflets. These are available free of charge from the above locations or downloaded from the Council's website.
