Question: How do I replace a lost Term-Ticket?

Answer: Contact your child's school; they will complete a form for a replacement Term-Ticket and issue your child with a temporary ticket, which will be valid up to a week. The cost to replace a Term-Ticket is £10, which is payable to the school.
