Answer: The request needs to be made direct with the School Transport Team so that they can investigate the possibility of changing contracted school bus services. If the request is based upon a change of address or school and the child is still eligible (this will be verified with School Admissions), a transfer will be made and the arrangements will be confirmed with the parent/guardian. If the request is based on preference, the School Transport Team will investigate the possibility though the change cannot be guaranteed and if it is not possible at this time to undertake the change the child’s name will be added to a waiting list for this service. Either way the School Transport Team will confirm the arrangements.
