Question: I no longer require my parking permit, how do I obtain a refund?

Answer: You will need to return your permit with a covering letter to Parking Services PO Box 114, Sandown, Isle of Wight, PO36 6BT You will be refunded on the clear months of the permit minus an administration fee of £12.00
