Service Description: This Service is responsible for fulfilling statutory responsibilities of the Local Authority in respect of school enrolment, attendance, exclusions and juvenile employment. Question: How do I arrange for my permanently excluded son/daughter to attend another school?

Answer: If your child has been permanently excluded, Senior Education Officer (Access & Inclusion) will be able to advise you regarding application to an alternative school place. If your request is refused at the school of your choice you have the right to appeal to an independent committee. - Related Link
