Service Description: To provide help in the management of finances for any persons that lack mental capacity to do so themselves. This work is taken on as Deputy through the Court of Protection and/or an Appointee through the Department for Work and Pensions.

Answer: Applications through the Court of Protection take a minimum of 6 months and Appointeeships take 6-8 weeks.
