Your FAQ

Question: I have never paid council tax before. How will I know how much I have to pay, and how do I make the payments?

Answer: Your council tax bill will show the monthly amounts you have to pay and the payment due dates. The default is to pay by 10 monthly instalments but you can request in writing to the Council Tax department to pay over 12 monthly instalments to spread the payments out over the full financial year. For more information please refer to the FAQ titled ' How can I pay my council tax'.
