When registering twins a double appointment is required. Re-registrations to add father's details if not given when first registered or to show that Mother and Father are now married to one another if not married at time of registration.

Answer: You do not need to bring any documents with you. However if you would like to purchase a full birth certificate (you will be issued with a free short birth certificate at the time of registration) these will cost £4.00 each on the day of registration only.
