Answer: You are not eligible for Free School Meals if you receive Working Tax Credit or Disability Living Allowance. However, you will be eligible for Free School Meals if you are in receipt of one of the following:- Income Support, Jobseekers Allowance (Income based), Support under part V1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, Child Tax Credit and have a family income for tax credit purposes at or below £16,190 a year, The Guarantee element of State Pension Credit.
