Service Description: The Isle of Wight Council Highways Department at Engineering Services are responsible for notifying members of the public of temporary traffic management such as road closures, diversions, lane closures, temporary traffic lights and possible traffic disruption as a result of road works that are underway or programmed to take place on the Island.

Answer: To complain about a particular temporary roadworks site, please call the Engineering Services call centre on 01983 823777, who will ascertain whose site it is wether it be the Isle of Wight Council, Transco, Southern Electric etc and then give you relevant contact details.
