Combined Accommodation Scheme


Service Description: The Combined Accommodation Scheme (CAS) provides a consistent and stable experience for young people in the community who are or have been in foster care by offering continuity of care and accommodation. This scheme also provides accommodation and support to young people (aged 16-18 years) in the community who find themselves homeless.

Question: Who can Supporting People help?

Answer: People who are vulnerable may be able to get housing related support including homeless people, older people, young people at risk, those who are blind, partially sighted or hard of hearing, travellers, teenage parents, people escaping domestic violence, those with a drug or alcohol problem, those with learning or physical disabilities, those with HIV or AIDS, those who have recently come out of prison and those with a mental health problem.
