Your FAQ

Question: How can I make a complaint against a Councillor?

Answer: Councillors are bound by a code of conduct, and complaints which relate to their actions as a Councillor can be made if this code has been breached - details are available on the website via the link below.

Councillors are of course elected representatives and are not employed by the council, hence they are covered by their own Code of Conduct and not any wider code or expectation of the how the Council Services are delivered.
