Your FAQ

Question: What is the difference between finances being managed under Court of Protection or an Appointeeship?

Answer: We will manage finances under an Appointeeship for any persons who are in residential care, have below £2k capital and no private pensions or investments. Anyone else will be managed through the Court of Protection. Please note that we currently do not take on any cases where the person has limited capital and lives in the Community. We also do not manage Lasting Power of Attorney.
